Green Limousine was built on the philosophy that businesses can do good for our society and environment. We start with biodiesel, the fuel that powers our vehicles. Biodiesel is a non-toxic, completely natural, renewable fuel that dramatically reduces greenhouse gasses, airborne toxins, and pollutants. Biodiesel promotes the use of renewable energy and alternatives to fossil fuels, and greatly reduces our carbon footprint. We have replaced all harmful chemicals used on the vehicle with non-toxic, no-VOC alternatives for the safety of all our guests and drivers as well. Our dry-cleaning is non-toxic and chemical free, our paper is recycled and bleach free, our light bulbs are highly efficient; we reduce, we recycle, we even reuse. The signs that we hold at the airport with our guests names are printed on the back of old wine lists from restaurants in the Vail Village. We provide healthy beverages and organic fruit snacks for our guests in all of our vehicles, and have built an extensive organic beer and wine list for our guests. We even researched our bottles of water, where the water comes from, how far it has to travel to get to our guests, and how much new plastic and post-consumer plastic has been used in the production of the bottles themselves. We leave no area untouched, and will continue to “green-up” our operation as the industry progresses.
I look at Green Limousine as doing nothing special. It is the way I believe we are supposed to live our lives. We can reduce, reuse, and recycle in our daily lives. We can limit the amount of pesticides in our diets and chemicals in our households. We can live healthy lives. There is no reason why business practices should be any different. My ultimate goal with this business is to show others that it is not only possible, but profitable and satisfying to run a business that utilizes healthy practices.
Green Limousine provides safe, reliable, luxurious transportation to and from all airports and other destinations in the region. This is an essential service that many of our guests rely on regularly, differentiated from other private transportation companies only by our environmental passion. We add to the quality of life in the Vail Valley by taking a service with a standard of luxury and impeccable customer service, and making it healthier all around. We have improved an already great service, and as newer alternatives and practices come to the front, we pledge to be the first to support these, to be ambassadors for healthy, safe, and ethical living.

Our guests are amazed with the concept of our service. When I started this company in 2005 there was only one other like it in the world, and now there are a dozen. Consumers all around the globe are starting to seek out companies with environmental objectives, and are loyal to these businesses, not only in the transportation industry, but in all commerce. Our guests feel better about themselves and their environmental consciousness. We become not just a transportation provider to them; we establish a relationship, more like a friendship. We have opened many of our guests’ eyes to the fact that there are alternatives out there. They appreciate this, and thank us for it. Green Limousine chauffeurs are not only familiar with the mountain communities, but are also experienced in extreme mountain driving conditions. To ensure our guests’ safety, all of our vehicles are equipped with four-wheel drive and our chauffeurs undergo routine driving tests, physical examinations, and background checks. All drivers are selected also for their commitment to personal service and environmental preservation. While safety is our first priority, the comfort and enjoyment of our guests are no less important to us. Our luxury vehicles are equipped with cd players, dvd entertainment, and beverage service.
